V13. With my lips I declare all the rules of your Mouth
My heart flows over of the Lord's decrees and I speak it aloud
What honour it is that my sinful lips are allowed to speaks God's powerful words!

V14. In the way of Your testimonies, I delight as much in all Your riches
Walking in the way of the Lord is worth more than all the riches of the world, and brings more you Joy and blessings than all the riches of the world.
“We may also observe here an evidence of adoption. Obedience is not a burden, but a delight. The servant may perform the statutes of God, but it is only the son who ‘delights in them.’” (Bridges)
V15. I will meditate on your precepts and fix my eyes on Your ways
I will think about, study, contemplate Your command and stay on your "path" not turning left or right , fixing my eyes on truth.
Stop worrying about things you cannot control, rather think of the ways of the Lord, love and kindness, helping each other, truth and being a servant
V16. I will delight in your statues, I will not forget your word.
All my Joy is found in the way of the Lord, I will not be distracted by the false "joy" of the world and be drowned in the false allure of pride and world riches .
I will study and mediate on your word , for this is the light in my life. I will take up the sword of the spirit which is the word of God.
Pure Joy in life is to keep the word of God close to your heart and to fix your eyes on Jesus as the perfect model on how to live your life , watch out for the distractions of the world.
